Nonprofit Donations Guidelines and Request Form

Evans Hotels is proud to work with a variety of nonprofit organizations to build a better community. If you are interested in receiving a donation for a nonprofit, please review the donation guidelines and fill out the Donation Request Form on the next page. You must also submit your nonprofit’s request letter or provide the event flyer to be considered.

Donation Guidelines
Evans Hotels will consider donations to the following:

Requests must be made through our online donation request form. Requests will not be accepted by any other means, including mail, telephone, or e-mail.
To be considered, the online donation request form must be completed in its entirety. Incomplete forms will not be processed.
Your donation request must be received at least eight (8) weeks prior to the day of the event or the date the organization needs the item.
Certificates provided under this policy are donations, and as such are not to be sold or transferred. Donations cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash value.
No organization is eligible to receive more than one donation per year.
Organizations must have 501(c)(3) status, or otherwise qualify as a United States tax-exempt, nonprofit corporation or association, or United States public agency (e.g., public school, library, park, or law enforcement agency).
All donations are at the sole discretion of Evans Hotels. Submitting a request through our online donation request form does not guarantee a donation.

Evans Hotels will consider donations to organizations with these focus areas:

Wellness
Education
Children/Youth
Arts/Culture
Responsible Conservation
Environmental Stewardship

Please note that we do not provide donations for any of the following:

Individual
Endowments
Religious groups
Elected officials or those running for office
Organizations that deny service to a potential client or beneficiary on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, veteran, or disability status, or any organization that discriminates
For profit
Those engaged in illegal activities
Due to the large number of requests Evans Hotels receives, generally we can only consider one donation per calendar year to eligible organizations

Please note that we review donation requests on a monthly basis. Please allow sufficient time for your request to be evaluated. Once approved, a donation normally takes two weeks for delivery.
